Client approves & signs
Your client reviews the estimate and signs it right in the app — Client approval → Approve & Sign (Silver plan). No printing, no scanning, no chasing a signature.
Step 3
One tap — it's an invoice
Tap Create invoice and everything carries over — no re-typing. Send it by email with the PDF attached automatically, and your client pays by card through the Pay Now button (Silver plan).

Drafts, estimates and clients are never capped on any plan — only finalized invoices count toward the monthly limit, and the counter resets on the 1st. You can change or cancel any time.
FAQ
Straight answers
No fine-print tricks. If a feature is not in the app today, we say so.
No. The plan price plus tax is all you pay us. If you add your own Stripe payment link so clients can pay by card, Stripe's own processing fee applies to those payments — that fee is Stripe's, not ours, and we take no cut.
No. Start without a card and use every plan free for 2 weeks. When store subscriptions launch, billing runs through Google Play and Google handles payment.
Yes — with the Silver plan. Paste your own Stripe Payment Link in Settings, under Get paid, and a Pay Now button appears on your invoices. Money goes straight to your Stripe account — we never touch it.
Your cloud copy is stored in Canada, and a copy also lives on your device, so the app keeps working offline. Sign in on another device and your account syncs to it. You can take a full backup from Settings at any time (Gold plan).
Your data is never deleted. You can still open the app and view everything. Paid features simply lock until you subscribe again — backup export is a Gold plan feature — and invoices you already sent stay valid.
Not yet — it is on our list, and we would rather tell you that plainly than promise a date.
